The best massage supply place on the island by far is Aiea Massage Supply.  Run by a massage therapist, they are well stocked, affordably priced, and the customer service is fantastic!  Christine is friendly and helpful and she is very professional.  She is not competitive and will refer clients to you if she knows you are a good fit.

We did not think we would find a local place that could beat some of the prices we were getting online.  But by the time we paid shipping the costs exceed what we get at Aiea Massage Supply.  Besides, BUY LOCAL and especially SUPPORT YOUR FELLOW MASSAGE THERAPISTS!  This is one business that supports this concept.
